		<description>I agree, mentorship is a valuable tool.  There are so many families who have elderly people who made millions in real estate however the younger generation does not see the value in the elderly. 

As stated, if you know somebody who is extremely successful in real estate.   Go ask them to mentor you and instruct them you will work for them for free to learn.   Or ask them what they need and assist them with their need.

The other option is to pay someone to teach you.  You can attend real estate seminars to learn.   As the old adage, if you learn one more strategy then it was worth your time.
